Ticket Cove Customer Account Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the creation, access and use of a customer account on the Ticket Cove website and related services.

Last updated: 6 August 2026

1. About These Terms

1.1 These Customer Account Terms and Conditions govern the creation, access and use of a customer account on the Ticket Cove website and related services.

1.2 These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Gelos Network Limited, trading as Ticket Cove.

1.3 Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account. By creating a Ticket Cove customer account and confirming your acceptance, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.4 Our full company and contact details are provided at the end of these Terms.

In these Terms:

“Account” means a Ticket Cove customer account.

“Event” means any event, performance, activity, experience or other admission opportunity advertised through the Platform.

“Organiser” means the person, business, organisation, promoter, venue or other third party responsible for listing, operating or delivering an Event.

“Platform” means the Ticket Cove website, account services, ticketing technology, software and related services.

“Ticket Purchase Terms” means the separate terms that apply when tickets or other products are purchased through Ticket Cove.

“Ticket Cove”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Gelos Network Limited, trading as Ticket Cove.

“you” and “your” mean the individual creating or using an Account.

1.5 Please read these Terms carefully before creating an Account. By selecting the box confirming your agreement and creating an Account, you confirm that:

  • you have read and understood these Terms;
  • you agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
  • the information you provide is complete and accurate; and
  • you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

1.6 You should save or print a copy of these Terms for your records.

2. Other Terms That Apply

2.1 These Terms apply only to the creation and use of your Account.

2.2 Separate terms may apply to other activities undertaken through the Platform, including:

  • the Ticket Cove Ticket Purchase Terms;
  • an Organiser’s event specific terms and conditions;
  • venue entry conditions;
  • refund or cancellation policies;
  • promotional offer terms;
  • waiting list terms; and
  • our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2.3 When you purchase a ticket, you will be required to accept or otherwise become bound by the terms applicable to that purchase.

2.4 If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Ticket Purchase Terms concerning a ticket purchase, the Ticket Purchase Terms will apply to that purchase.

2.5 Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain and protect personal information. It does not form part of these contractual Terms, but you should read it before creating an Account.

3. Eligibility to Create an Account

3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to create an Account.

3.2 By creating an Account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3.3 A parent or legal guardian may use their own Account to purchase tickets for a person under the age of 18, subject to the age restrictions and admission requirements of the relevant Event.

3.4 Creating an Account does not confirm that you satisfy the age, identification, accessibility, safeguarding or admission requirements of any particular Event.

3.5 We may ask you to provide reasonable information or evidence to verify your identity, age, contact details or eligibility to use the Platform.

3.6 We may refuse to create an Account where we reasonably believe that:

  • the information supplied is false, incomplete or misleading;
  • the Account is connected to fraud, abuse or unlawful activity;
  • you have previously been suspended or removed from the Platform;
  • the Account is being created on behalf of another person without authority; or
  • refusing the Account is reasonably necessary to protect Ticket Cove, an Organiser, another user or the integrity of the Platform.

4. Creating and Maintaining Your Account

4.1 You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating and using your Account.

4.2 You must keep your Account information updated, including your name, email address, telephone number and any other information reasonably required to provide the Account services.

4.3 Your Account is personal to you. You must not:

  • create an Account using another person’s identity;
  • allow another person to represent themselves as you;
  • sell, assign, transfer, rent or share your Account;
  • create an Account for fraudulent, speculative or unlawful purposes;
  • create multiple Accounts to avoid restrictions, limits or enforcement action; or
  • use automated methods to create or operate Accounts.

4.4 You are responsible for ensuring that the email address connected to your Account remains accessible to you.

4.5 We are not responsible for any failure to receive tickets, notices or other communications where you have supplied incorrect information, failed to update your details, blocked our communications or lost access to your email account.

4.6 We may correct obvious formatting errors in Account information. We will not knowingly change material personal information without a lawful reason.

5. Account Security

5.1 You must keep your password and other security information confidential.

5.2 You must use a secure password and must not knowingly disclose it to another person.

5.3 You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your Account, devices and email account from unauthorised access.

5.4 You must notify us promptly at info@ticketcove.co.uk if:

  • you believe your Account has been accessed without permission;
  • your password or security information has been compromised;
  • you become aware of an unauthorised transaction;
  • you believe someone is impersonating you; or
  • you identify any other security issue affecting your Account.

5.5 We may temporarily restrict access to your Account while investigating a suspected security incident.

5.6 We may require you to reset your password, verify your identity or complete additional security checks before restoring access.

5.7 We will never ask you to disclose your complete password by email or telephone.

5.8 You will not be responsible for unauthorised activity caused solely by our failure to take reasonable security measures. Nothing in these Terms makes you responsible for activity occurring after you have properly notified us of a compromised Account, except where you have acted fraudulently or deliberately assisted the unauthorised activity.

6. The Role of Ticket Cove

6.1 Ticket Cove provides ticketing technology and related platform services through which customers can discover Events, create Accounts, purchase or receive tickets and manage certain booking information.

6.2 Unless an Event listing expressly states otherwise, Ticket Cove is not the Organiser, promoter, producer, performer, venue operator or provider of the Event.

6.3 For third party Events, the Organiser is responsible for the Event itself, including:

  • creating and delivering the Event;
  • obtaining venue permission and necessary licences;
  • providing accurate Event information;
  • determining ticket availability and admission conditions;
  • setting ticket prices and refund policies;
  • making decisions concerning admission;
  • implementing age restrictions;
  • providing accessibility information and arrangements;
  • maintaining appropriate insurance;
  • ensuring the safety, legality and suitability of the Event;
  • managing postponement, relocation, alteration or cancellation; and
  • responding to complaints about the Event.

6.4 Ticket Cove may act as the disclosed agent or technology provider of an Organiser for the sale and administration of tickets.

6.5 Creating an Account does not create a contract between you and any Organiser. A separate contract may arise when you make a ticket purchase or booking.

6.6 Ticket Cove does not own, manage or control third party Events merely because they are listed through the Platform.

6.7 Ticket Cove does not endorse, guarantee or make any independent promise about:

  • an Organiser;
  • a performer, speaker or participant;
  • an Event’s quality, content or suitability;
  • the accuracy of statements supplied by an Organiser;
  • attendance levels;
  • the behaviour of attendees;
  • the availability or quality of a venue;
  • the continued availability of tickets; or
  • whether an Event will proceed exactly as advertised.

6.8 Ticket Cove may also promote or organise certain Events itself or through a related business. Where this applies, the Event listing or applicable Ticket Purchase Terms will identify the relevant Organiser.

7. Event Information

7.1 Event listings may contain information provided directly by Organisers.

7.2 Organisers are responsible for ensuring that their Event information is accurate, lawful and not misleading.

7.3 Ticket Cove may review, format, moderate or remove Event information, but is not required to independently verify every statement made by an Organiser.

7.4 Dates, times, performers, programmes, venues, seating arrangements, age restrictions, accessibility arrangements and other Event details may change.

7.5 You are responsible for reviewing the Event listing, your ticket confirmation and any communications issued before attending an Event.

7.6 You must raise questions concerning the nature or suitability of an Event before purchasing a ticket where the answer is important to your decision.

7.7 Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have where information provided to you forms part of a consumer contract or where the law otherwise makes Ticket Cove responsible for that information.

8. Ticket Purchases

8.1 Creating an Account is separate from purchasing a ticket.

8.2 All ticket purchases are subject to the Ticket Purchase Terms presented or made available during the purchase process.

8.3 Event specific Organiser terms, venue conditions and admission rules may also apply.

8.4 Your Account may display tickets, booking information, payment status, refunds or other transactional information. This display is provided for convenience and does not replace the original booking confirmation or applicable purchase terms.

8.5 Adding an Event or ticket to a basket does not guarantee availability.

8.6 Tickets are not reserved until the applicable reservation process has been completed and, where payment is required, payment has been successfully authorised and the booking has been confirmed.

8.7 Tickets temporarily held in a basket or reservation may be released if the purchase is not completed within the applicable time.

8.8 Closing or deleting your Account does not:

  • cancel any ticket purchase;
  • create a right to a refund;
  • end any separate contract with an Organiser;
  • invalidate any outstanding payment obligation; or
  • prevent us retaining records where legally or operationally necessary.

9. Payments and Payment Providers

9.1 Payments made through the Platform may be processed by an independent payment services provider.

9.2 The payment provider may apply its own terms, privacy information, fraud checks and security requirements.

9.3 Ticket Cove does not normally receive or store complete payment card details where these are collected directly by the payment provider.

9.4 We may receive information from the payment provider concerning the status of a payment, refund, dispute, reversal or suspected fraud.

9.5 We may decline, delay or refer a transaction for review where required by a payment provider or where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, illegality or a security risk.

9.6 You must not use payment information without the permission of the authorised payment account holder.

9.7 You must not initiate a payment dispute or chargeback dishonestly, fraudulently or where you know the payment was properly authorised and the service was supplied in accordance with the applicable contract.

9.8 Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising a legitimate right to dispute an unauthorised or incorrectly processed payment.

10. Acceptable Use

10.1 You may use your Account only for lawful personal purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

10.2 You must not use the Platform or your Account to:

  • commit, encourage or facilitate fraud or any criminal offence;
  • purchase tickets using stolen, unauthorised or false payment information;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
  • obtain tickets through deception;
  • interfere with ticket limits, queues, reservations or security controls;
  • create artificial demand or manipulate availability;
  • engage in unlawful ticket resale;
  • breach any ticket resale restriction;
  • distribute counterfeit, duplicated, altered or invalid tickets;
  • access another user’s Account without permission;
  • collect, scrape, harvest or extract user, Event or Platform data;
  • use bots, scripts, automated purchasing tools or similar technology;
  • test or probe the vulnerability of the Platform without written permission;
  • bypass, disable or interfere with security or access controls;
  • introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful technology;
  • overload, disrupt, damage or impair the Platform;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform, except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits this;
  • copy or commercially exploit Platform content without permission;
  • send spam, abusive communications or unsolicited advertising;
  • threaten, harass, abuse or discriminate against another person;
  • upload unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing or harmful content;
  • use the Platform in a way that infringes another person’s intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights;
  • evade an Account restriction, suspension or closure; or
  • assist another person to do any of the above.

10.3 You must comply with reasonable technical, security and operational instructions issued by Ticket Cove.

10.4 We may introduce purchase limits, identity checks, waiting rooms, reservation periods or other controls to protect ticket availability, customers, Organisers and the Platform.

11. Customer Content and Communications

11.1 Your Account may allow you to submit information, requests, reviews, messages, images or other content.

11.2 You retain ownership of content that you create.

11.3 You must have all necessary rights and permissions to submit any content through the Platform.

11.4 You grant Ticket Cove a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free licence to host, store, reproduce, format and display your content solely to the extent reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, provide requested services, administer bookings, investigate complaints, prevent fraud or comply with legal obligations.

11.5 You must not submit content that:

  • is unlawful, fraudulent or misleading;
  • infringes intellectual property rights;
  • breaches confidentiality or privacy;
  • contains malicious software;
  • is defamatory, threatening, abusive or discriminatory;
  • contains another person’s personal information without authority; or
  • is unrelated to the purpose for which the feature is provided.

11.6 We may remove, restrict or preserve content where we reasonably consider this necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate misconduct or comply with the law.

11.7 We are not required to publish or retain customer submitted content indefinitely.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 The Platform and its underlying technology, software, structure, databases, functionality, design and Ticket Cove branding are owned by or licensed to Ticket Cove.

12.2 Except for the limited right to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms, no intellectual property rights are transferred to you.

12.3 Event names, artwork, photographs, logos and other Event materials may belong to the relevant Organiser, performer, venue or other rights holder.

12.4 You must not use Ticket Cove branding in a way that suggests sponsorship, partnership, endorsement or affiliation without our prior written permission.

12.5 You may download or display your own tickets and booking records for personal use.

12.6 You must not reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit or create derivative works from Platform content except where expressly permitted by law or authorised in writing by the relevant rights holder.

13. Privacy and Personal Information

13.1 We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

13.2 You must read our Privacy Policy before creating an Account.

13.3 We may use your Account information to:

  • create and administer your Account;
  • process and manage bookings;
  • deliver tickets and service communications;
  • provide customer support;
  • prevent and investigate fraud;
  • maintain Platform security;
  • comply with legal and regulatory requirements; and
  • exercise or defend legal rights.

13.4 Information may be shared with an Organiser where reasonably necessary to administer a booking, deliver an Event, communicate important Event information, manage admission or meet legal obligations.

13.5 An Organiser may be an independent controller of personal information it receives. Its own privacy information may apply to its subsequent use of that information.

13.6 Service communications concerning your Account, security, tickets or Events are not marketing communications and may be sent where necessary to provide the service.

13.7 We will send electronic marketing only where we have a lawful basis to do so. You may withdraw marketing consent or change your preferences without closing your Account.

13.8 Closing your Account does not require us to erase information that we must or are lawfully entitled to retain for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or security purposes.

14. Electronic Communications

14.1 You agree that we may provide Account notices, booking communications, security messages and other contractual information electronically.

14.2 Communications may be sent by email, displayed within your Account or published through the Platform where appropriate.

14.3 You are responsible for checking the email address connected to your Account and reviewing communications relating to your bookings.

14.4 A communication will be treated as received when it is delivered to the email address connected to your Account or made available within your Account, unless we receive notice that delivery failed.

14.5 This section does not affect any legal requirement for information to be provided in a particular form.

15. Availability and Operation of the Platform

15.1 We aim to make the Platform reasonably available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, secure or free from faults.

15.2 Access may be interrupted because of:

  • maintenance or updates;
  • technical failure;
  • internet or telecommunications failure;
  • payment provider disruption;
  • cyberattack or security incidents;
  • unusually high demand;
  • legal or regulatory requirements; or
  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

15.3 We may temporarily suspend or restrict any part of the Platform where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, fraud prevention or protection of users.

15.4 We may update, improve, replace, remove or alter Account functionality from time to time.

15.5 Where a change materially reduces an essential Account service, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable, unless an immediate change is required for security, legal, regulatory or technical reasons.

15.6 You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the device, software and internet connection needed to access your Account.

15.7 You should retain copies of important ticket confirmations and Event communications.

16. Third Party Services and Links

16.1 The Platform may include links to websites or services operated by Organisers, venues, payment providers or other third parties.

16.2 Third party services are controlled by their respective operators and may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

16.3 Ticket Cove is not responsible for the content, security, availability or operation of a third party service merely because the Platform links to it.

16.4 A link does not amount to an endorsement or guarantee by Ticket Cove.

16.5 This section does not exclude liability where Ticket Cove has made a misleading representation or where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Monitoring and Investigations

17.1 We may use reasonable manual or automated measures to detect fraud, abuse, prohibited activity, duplicate Accounts, unauthorised access and threats to Platform security.

17.2 We may review Account activity where we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms or a risk to Ticket Cove, an Organiser, a customer or another person.

17.3 We may ask you to provide information reasonably required for an investigation.

17.4 We may preserve relevant Account information and transaction records for evidence, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and legal compliance.

17.5 We may disclose information to payment providers, Organisers, professional advisers, law enforcement agencies, regulators or courts where permitted or required by law.

17.6 We are not required to disclose confidential fraud detection methods, security procedures or information that could prejudice an investigation or the rights of another person.

18. Suspension and Closure by Ticket Cove

18.1 We may restrict, suspend or close your Account where we reasonably believe that:

  • you have materially or repeatedly breached these Terms;
  • your Account is being used fraudulently or unlawfully;
  • information supplied by you is materially false or misleading;
  • your Account presents a security risk;
  • you have attempted to bypass purchase limits or Platform controls;
  • you have abused staff, Organisers or other users;
  • suspension is requested by a payment provider or lawful authority;
  • we are legally required to act; or
  • restriction is reasonably necessary to protect Ticket Cove, an Organiser, another user or the integrity of the Platform.

18.2 Where appropriate, we may temporarily restrict the Account while investigating.

18.3 We will act proportionately and will provide notice or an explanation where reasonably practicable, unless doing so would:

  • compromise security;
  • prejudice fraud prevention or an investigation;
  • breach the law;
  • expose another person to harm; or
  • reveal confidential detection methods.

18.4 In serious cases, including suspected fraud, unlawful activity, security attacks or deliberate misuse, we may suspend access immediately.

18.5 Account restriction or closure may include:

  • preventing access to Account features;
  • requiring identity verification;
  • cancelling incomplete or fraudulent reservations;
  • preventing new purchases;
  • invalidating tickets obtained fraudulently or unlawfully; and
  • preserving records relevant to an investigation or dispute.

18.6 We will not invalidate a lawfully purchased ticket solely because an Account has been closed, unless the ticket was obtained fraudulently, unlawfully, in breach of an applicable purchase restriction or is otherwise invalid under the Ticket Purchase Terms.

18.7 Suspension or closure does not affect rights and obligations that arose before the suspension or closure.

19. Closing Your Account

19.1 You may request closure of your Account through the Account settings or by contacting info@ticketcove.co.uk.

19.2 We may require reasonable identity verification before processing a closure request.

19.3 Account closure does not automatically:

  • cancel tickets or bookings;
  • entitle you to a refund;
  • cancel a pending payment, refund or dispute;
  • prevent Event communications being sent where necessary;
  • end a separate agreement with an Organiser; or
  • require immediate deletion of records that we lawfully need to retain.

19.4 We may delay final deletion or anonymisation where information is required for a live booking, legal obligation, fraud investigation, complaint, payment dispute or legal claim.

19.5 We may close Accounts that have remained inactive for an extended period. We will provide reasonable advance notice where practicable.

20. Your Responsibility for Misuse

20.1 You are responsible for losses reasonably and foreseeably caused to Ticket Cove or another person by your fraudulent, deliberate or unlawful misuse of the Platform.

20.2 You will not be responsible under this section for:

  • losses caused by Ticket Cove’s own breach or negligence;
  • losses that you could not reasonably have foreseen;
  • unauthorised Account activity occurring after you properly notified us of a security compromise, unless you acted fraudulently or deliberately assisted that activity; or
  • anything for which consumer law prevents us from making you responsible.

20.3 Nothing in this section creates a penalty or requires you to compensate Ticket Cove beyond losses that are legally recoverable.

21. Our Responsibility to You

21.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

21.2 This includes liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • breach of rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted; and
  • any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

21.3 We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

21.4 Loss is foreseeable where it was obvious that it would happen or where, when your Account was created, both you and Ticket Cove knew that it might happen.

21.5 We are not responsible for losses that:

  • were not foreseeable;
  • were caused by inaccurate information supplied by you;
  • were caused by your failure to protect your Account;
  • resulted from your breach of these Terms;
  • were caused by an Organiser, venue, performer, payment provider or other independent third party;
  • arose from the cancellation, postponement, relocation, alteration, quality, safety or delivery of a third party Event, except where Ticket Cove is legally responsible;
  • resulted from circumstances outside our reasonable control; or
  • could reasonably have been avoided by following our instructions or taking reasonable action.

21.6 The Account is provided for personal and domestic use. You must not use a customer Account for commercial or business purposes.

21.7 We are not liable for business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising from use of a customer Account.

21.8 Ticket Cove is not responsible for the acts or omissions of an independent Organiser merely because the Organiser uses the Platform.

21.9 Ticket Cove is not liable for an Organiser’s failure to deliver an Event, provide admission, issue a refund or comply with the Organiser’s legal obligations, except to the extent that Ticket Cove has expressly assumed that responsibility or is otherwise legally liable.

21.10 Where Ticket Cove is acting as the Organiser of an Event, responsibility for that Event will be governed by the applicable Ticket Purchase Terms.

21.11 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

22. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

22.1 We are not responsible for delay or failure in providing Account services caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

22.2 Such circumstances may include:

  • natural disasters
  • extreme weather
  • fire
  • flood
  • epidemic
  • pandemic
  • war
  • terrorism
  • civil disorder
  • industrial action
  • utility failure
  • telecommunications failure
  • internet disruption
  • cyberattack
  • government action
  • legal restrictions
  • failure of an essential third party provider

22.3 We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the disruption and restore services where reasonably practicable.

22.4 This section does not remove any rights you may have under separate Ticket Purchase Terms concerning a cancelled or affected Event.

23. Changes to These Terms

23.1 We may change these Terms where reasonably necessary to:

  • reflect changes in law or regulation;
  • address security, fraud or misuse;
  • reflect changes to the Platform or our business;
  • clarify existing wording;
  • introduce new Account features; or
  • correct errors.

23.2 We will not use this section to remove accrued rights or retrospectively impose a materially disadvantageous obligation without a valid reason.

23.3 Where a change is material, we will provide reasonable advance notice by email, through your Account or through a prominent Platform notice.

23.4 Immediate changes may be made where required by law, regulation, security needs or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

23.5 The updated Terms will state the date on which they take effect.

23.6 Where legally required, we will ask you to actively accept updated Terms before you continue using your Account.

23.7 Where active acceptance is not legally required, continued use after the notified effective date will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

23.8 You may close your Account if you do not agree to an updated version. Closing your Account will not cancel existing ticket purchases or affect obligations that arose before closure.

24. Transfer of This Agreement

24.1 You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person without our written consent.

24.2 We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to:

  • another company within our group;
  • a purchaser of all or a material part of our business;
  • a successor operating the Ticket Cove Platform; or
  • another business as part of a restructuring.

24.3 We will notify you of a transfer where required by law.

24.4 A transfer will not reduce your statutory rights.

24.5 If a proposed transfer materially prejudices your rights, you may close your Account before the transfer takes effect, subject to any existing bookings and legal retention requirements.

25. No Waiver

25.1 If we delay taking action concerning a breach of these Terms, that delay does not prevent us from taking action later.

25.2 If we do not enforce a provision on one occasion, this does not mean we have waived that provision or any other provision.

26. Severability

26.1 Each section of these Terms operates separately.

26.2 If a court or competent authority decides that any provision is unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

26.3 Where possible, an invalid provision will be treated as modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable.

27. Entire Agreement

27.1 These Terms constitute the agreement between you and Ticket Cove concerning the creation and use of your Account.

27.2 They do not replace the Ticket Purchase Terms, Event specific terms, Privacy Policy or any other terms that expressly apply to a separate service or transaction.

27.3 Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud or prevents either party relying on a statement that the law requires to be treated as part of the contract.

28. Third Party Rights

28.1 Except where these Terms expressly state otherwise, no person other than you and Ticket Cove has a right to enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

28.2 This does not affect any right or remedy available to a third party independently of that Act.

29. Complaints and Contact

29.1 Questions or complaints concerning your Account should be sent to:

Email: info@ticketcove.co.uk

Postal address: 30 Fore Street, Totnes, Devon, United Kingdom, TQ9 5RP

29.2 Please include sufficient information for us to identify your Account and understand the issue.

29.3 We may ask you to verify your identity before discussing Account information.

29.4 Complaints concerning the operation, content, venue, admission, cancellation or quality of a third party Event may need to be directed to the relevant Organiser.

29.5 We may assist with communications between you and an Organiser, but doing so does not mean that Ticket Cove accepts legal responsibility for the Organiser or Event.

30. Governing Law and Courts

30.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

30.2 If you live in England or Wales, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes concerning these Terms.

30.3 If you live in Scotland, you may bring proceedings in the courts of Scotland or England and Wales.

30.4 If you live in Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in the courts of Northern Ireland or England and Wales.

30.5 If you live outside the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections under the law of the country in which you live. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

31. Confirmation

By creating a Ticket Cove customer Account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Customer Account Terms and Conditions.
