This policy explains what cookies are, how Ticket Cove uses them and how you can control your preferences.

Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. They can help the website work correctly, remember your preferences and, where you choose, remember which promotion brought you to an event.
Ticket Cove uses cookies to:
These cookies are required for Ticket Cove to function. They support account sign in, secure checkout, ticket delivery, protection against misuse, and remembering whether you have accepted or rejected optional cookies. They are set by Ticket Cove.
These cookies remember choices that improve your experience, such as session related settings needed while you browse or complete a purchase. They are set by Ticket Cove and may persist for a limited period after your session ends.
If you accept, Ticket Cove sets a first-party cookie named tc_vid. It stores a random identifier for up to 30 days. We use it only to remember which Ticket Cove promotion source last brought you to a specific event, so the organiser can see visits, orders, tickets and ticket revenue for that source. We do not use it to track you across other websites, and we do not store your IP address or device fingerprint for this purpose.
If you reject optional cookies, you can still browse and buy tickets. Ticket Cove will not set tc_vid, and 30-day promotion attribution will not be available for that visit.
You can change your optional cookie choice below, or through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the platform from working correctly, including account access and checkout.
