You set the ticket price
Organisers set the ticket prices for their own events.
Customers see fees first
Any applicable ticket fee and Ticket Cove transaction fee are set by Ticket Cove and shown clearly before payment.
You can see your side of the sale
Financials show ticket income, refunds, and what is ready to request after the event. Customer fees are not your ticket income.
A venue levy stays in the advertised price
Where an organiser or venue includes a venue levy, that amount is part of the ticket price the customer sees before payment.

Is Email Marketing included?
Email Marketing is available where Ticket Cove has enabled it for that organiser account. It is not included on every account, and there is no public send quota to quote.
